Where the network answers.

Every point of presence announces the same anycast address. Routing on the internet takes each query to the closest one that is announcing it, so clients use one address wherever they are. Locations serve today in North America and Europe; the planned ones are in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.
